Melanie Zirves

Short biography

Melanie Zirves, M.A., M.Sc. studied Philosophy and German Language and Literature at the University of Cologne and the Sorbonne in Paris from 2010-2016. From 2012-2018 she also studied Social Sciences as well as Health Services Research at the University of Cologne. She wrote her Master's thesis on "Patient mismanagement in geriatric rehabilitation in Baden-Württemberg from the perspective of inpatient geriatricians".

Melanie Zirves has been a research assistant in the GROW research college since February 2019. Previously, she was a research associate at the Institute for Medical Sociology, Health Services Research and Rehabilitation Science (IMVR) in Cologne. She is a trained senior citizen coach.
