Coordinated Care

In this research area the focus is on care in different environments and settings for senior citizens. The aim is to examine the care preferences of very old people in general and how care and above all emergency care can be organised effectively in rural areas. Care and concern are especially important in the last phase of life. This is why it is extremely important to deal with the issues of dying, death and mortality in the context of care. Two doctoral students approach this sensitive topic from different angles.
